Beauty and the Beast was adapted from Disney's Cartoon  Version (1991), for stage (1994). The music is by Alan Menken and the original  lyrics were by Howard Ashmen and the added songs are by Tim Rice. This musical was what got me into singing and ultimately started my love of musicals. 

My Favorite song: If I can't love here because it reminds me of Phantom.

 
 


 


 

The Scarlet Pimpernel is my second favorite Musical. This Wonderfully beautiful musical's story was written by Nan Knighton and the music was by None other then Frank Wildhron, who is my favorite Musician. His music is so Beautiful it hits every cord in my body in the most beautiful way. I think he is highly underestimated and some day all you Classical Broadway lovers who are the powers that be will get off your high horse and make room for Frank!
He is the God of musical so back off. Ehhhem Any way. I love this musical.  


 
 
Phantom is my most Favorite Musical of all. It is also my favorite version. From the moment I herd the  music I was in love. To this day the song "My mother bore me" makes me cry. This wonderful story was written by Arthur Kopit and the music is by Maury Yeston. This musical never hit Broadway because of ALW who happed to get his musical published first. Now I love ALW and all, but this musical is so beautiful It should have hit Broadway. I was able to perform As Erik Christine's Maestro For a summer and I loved every minute of it.
